    ****READ THIS FIRST****

Okay. This song was written for a few reasons. First of all, it is my English project on Bullying. But also, I have dedicated to my favorite person in the world. While the song itself doesn't directly get the message of anti-bullying across, the song has a story behind it that I hope will change someone.

Long story short, this past year has been absolutely horrible for me. A million and a half social and mental problems later, I became depressed, between getting bullied and a lot of other personal stuff I won't get into. But then; Jason. Jason is the greatest person ever. He has done more for me than anyone, even him, could ever think. He has talked me out of suicide, probably multiple times. He always tells me exactly what I need to hear, when I need to hear it. Just by talking to me, it brightens up my day. And to top it all off, his talents are endless, as he's amazing at damn near everything. So you could say he's a pretty cool person.

So, I figured for the person who means the world to me, the least I could do is write him a song.

And as for the bullying part, I think, no, I know that the best way to cure depression and help someone who is bullied is to be a friend to that person. And before you say anything to anyone, remember, you don't know what they're going through, or what they have to deal with.

So, Jason, here you go. I hope you hate this less than I do.

    ~Jake

It's four-chord songs like this that make me wanna sing the Double Rainbow song along with.
Epic sampling, and overall just great.
    Nice song man!

Read the thing he wrote while listening to the song... it makes it all... seem so... real...
I sound exactly like you, except i dont have a lot of depression, and i have no one to help me. I cant much about it, because i never had. I am the least verbal, and physical against anyone that i would ever know. You, have gone through much more, but i admire you. The song was just plain beautiful. 7/5
That was definitely my most favoritest song EVER! Funny thing is, I clicked it expecting Jason Vorhees's theme, lol!
Parts of it reminded me of in my defense
    I liked it :D
wow! it got featured! nice job!!!!
Mods, i put a comment on here, what happened to it?

Parts of it reminded me of in my defense

    I can explain!!
That's probably my favorite song on this website. So I tried to learn it, even the guitar solo, on the piano. That's when the website was getting updated, so I just tried to remember how it went and came up with this guitar solo and figured it sounded different enough to post. Listening back on it, I was wrong, but whatever.

    Yesh

    sheet 8-13
As always, transitions are the hardest part of the song...sigh...
    Mastered transitions. 4.5/5.
Awesome song man and here's why. First, the musicianship is great and it feels like a real liscensed song, second it carried a message,(helped no doubt by your description), but nonetheless it carried emotion, and lastly because of a finally correctly executed key-change. So often artists just add a key change to give the song more length but yours added a new dynamic and the icing to an already delicious cake so to speak. Just short of perfection 4.75/5 my only complaint was minor volume issues and a lack of a true one moment in the song,(the key change almost did it though). Phew, I talk a lot. Great song man.

Wait... what? are you saying he mastered the transitions or they were not the greatest?... sorry I cant tell

    nice song! (I say again)

Thank you very much first of all, but yes I was very rushed in creating this. I made this whole thing in, like... 6-7 hours? I know the volume on the piano in sheet 5 is too quiet, but I am thinking of making a revised version to fix these loose ends but that kinda ruins the point.
One of the greatest songs in Notessimo. Period.
Ugh, look.. It's a very great song and all, but if you want to spread a message about your depression, you could always do it somewhere else.. This is a place for music, so I came here for the music. I'm not saying I don't care or anything, i'm just saying that you don't really need to spread your depression here. Anyway, good luck on your future endavors.

Well, someone had to say it....

That was more for the project half of it. It's to prove I didn't just write a random song and say it was randomly about bullying.

I think that some songs are meant to do that. Like alot of love songs
Easily one if the best songs on notessimo if not the best. I would rate 10/5 if I could but it only goes to 5 so 5/5!
Whoever jason is, he's lucky to have this song in his arsonal ( my spellcheck is glitchy, so idk if thats right )
    @XxDYNA: Arsenal* Welcome man.
Other. Purely Amazing, I swear, the intro, I've heard variation to it somewhere, but nonetheless, AMAZING, this is my FAVORITE song. Ever, I started to search this up on youtube to see if this was a REAL song, but no, that's what's unique about it, most artists are known for amazing music, but here, (To my knownledge, sorry guys if I'm wrong) there are talented people at writing music, but maybe not artists. 5/5 (Only cause Notessimo makes that the limit >.<)
    Woohoo, 1000 views!!
Wow, I really love this song. 5/5
*sniper* Now THAT'S a touchin' story.
    Hahaha, Nice Aliens.
