Why does it put a bar between every section? It makes my songs stop for a few soeconds and I can't fix it! I tried that link in the original help post but the link didn't work.

The notes should be on the lines not the spaces. (ie your song should start directly below the 1).

But its also a bug.. that when you use the "Duplicate Sheet" there's 2 measure silence in the original sheet :S

That doesn't happen all the time.

If it happens all the time, it's because one or more of your notes overlaps onto the next measure.

There is an [annoying] glitch though where sometimes it randomly adds a measure

To fix the duplicate sheet glitch which adds an extra two measures just view that sheet, switch to another, then switch back and it should be gone.

And to OP make sure your notes aren't overlapping into the measure where you want it to stop.
