    You can do it like so:
    [url=http://www.urlhere.com]custom text here[/url]
    Make sure to toggle rich editing mode off if you do it this way (click the light switch in the top left so that everything is faded). You can do it with rich editing too (click the chain with the green plus sign), but I find this method to be unwieldy.
