    Hmm this may be one of those things in which a computers speakers affect the sound, for me they sound fine. However I remember listening to a song (other one) on another computer and the instruments sounded different.

    Yeah my old computer made all the panned notes (in any song) much quieter than they actually are, and some of the percussion too.
