doesnt really belong in songs, there is a general/off topic section for music discussion

The Notessimo songs forum is for Notessimo songs…

I moved it to Music.

Because there is no desision I prefer in the poll. I will say my favorite part is the melody and bass before the drop. Someone should make a techno ganre based of the beginning melody.

Why isn’t there an “all of the above” selection?

makes genre topic - doesn’t spell “genre” correctly I’m not a fan of dubstep.

I somewhat like dubstep… but I prefer lower quality music (a.k.a. 8-bit)

So. Chiptune?

I’m into the extreme stuff…

EDIT: It didn’t let me post the 3 songs…

Link, please don’t double post, you got a warning.

fixed,

And with that, I will say that modern dubstep tends to just be noise to me, much like newer rap. There’s not much thought put into it, and it’s all “This is loud, so it must be a great song!”

No.

Some of it is okay, or enjoyable even. But in a lot of cases I would say that old dubstep was better, not because I’m a nostalgia junkie (I don’t listen to either religiously), but only because it had some actual musical substance to it.
