I don’t get it- how the heck do I use version 3. I’ve tried to find out how to use it, but it’s like it doesn’t exist, so I’m really confused.

Unfortunately, at the moment, regular members cannot access v3 of Notessimo. Only the member groups, Maestro and Moderators, can use it. I along with several other people on this site that are in one of those two group are beta testers for it. Sorry about that!

We only do beta testing. We aren’t able to work on the actual program. The guy who made it, Starburst, is still working on it, though he has been quiet about it for a while.
