Is it possible to change the volume on notes (piano, forte, etc.) if so how?

Basically, you want to click on the “Vol: 100%, Pan: 0%” button and then adjust the volume slide.

but yeah. there is a pop-up window that allows you to do that…
each note individually or for all the notes on further until another change
