So I remember back in 6th grade coming to this site and seeing all the activity and life this place had. 7 years later, and it’s dead. What happened, because I can’t find anything in the forums or online.
A lack of people coming in and staying over the years has dwindled any chance of growth to the site. There have “recently” been attempts to reach out to new audiences, but none so far have made much of an impact. Maybe the introduction of the app Starburst is working on will spark interest in the website, but who knows.
A lot of members and mods left. It’s not completely dead, just inactive.
It kinda hurts seeing that its just the same like, 25 people here. But it’s also reassuring because it’s helping keep this site afloat.
I am desperate for the app.
Id write a couple bars here or there on my phone waiting for something. But when I sit down at my PC I just dont want to spend the time writing music.

7 years ago? The only reason why the site was so active was because there were a million spam bots in the forums. Though after that this site was pretty active, but it tapered off after 2014/2015.

There hasn’t been a new public release. This site saw activity from Notessimo 1 being a high rated game on Kongregate. That time has passed and we are riding on the waves of promises of V3 being publicly released, or V2 going to Kongregate.

Actually, Starburst opened v3 to everyone. Now even guests can use it.
I wonder if posting on imgur or Reddit that v3 beta is now open to everyone would attract attention?
I mean public as in available offsite and out of beta.
