My very first Notessimo piece. Ever.
I found Notessimo thanks to SuperNintendoGameboy (the guy who only came here as a replacement for Mario Paint then left forever) as I found it very, very fun and interesting.
What I didn’t know was that there are different types of Notessimo, and he was using version 2 whilst I was using version 3.
Anyway, I modified it a little bit to… make it sound good. I hope you enjoy.
Credit to ikec4937 for the initial idea. The point is while we await Starburst to return and turn uploading back on, why not have a thread dedicated as a backup? Just post your song to Google Drive or Dropbox or whatever and post the link to it here so we can download it and listen. I know this is a stopgap solution but hopefully it will help keep some activity going.

If you want to attach a file through Notessimo, click “More Reply Options”. Here you can attach files directly to Notessimo, up to 100MB.

If you want to add an already uploaded attachment click in the reply box, next to the Text Color and Smiley you can use “My Media” and click “Attachments” in the left of that window. Click on whichever attachments you want to add to the post, then click finished in the bottom right of that window.
For clarity, be sure to say what Notessimo version you used (V2, or V3), so it’s easier for others to view it.

I’m not entirely sure what will happen when the uploading comes back up. Updated with the Piano solo.
Link to song actually using the V2 remaster(Note the soundfont) because when I put the link with the NOTE02 in it here, it sounds like it’s using the V3 standard, and I don’t know how to change that inside the player here.
… I just really don’t know how do put it into the player and not around it. I didn’t know I’d make up an ultimate new idea out of this world… or something like that.
Also, what’s up with starburst?
Right now uploading your songs to the browse section is down. There’s nothing we can do until Starburst comes back and fixes it…which may not happen for a while (no one really has a way to keep in contact with him directly). So, instead of using the player, we’re just downloading the note files directly and loading them into the composer. To do this:

Finally after some digging and exploring, I’ve started working on the V3 version of Sweet Home Alabama.
How do I upload .note files into the embedded Notessimo? If I left the url for the song blank, Enjoy your stay by Earthbound/Mother is what came up. Am I missing something?

You could replace all the v2 instruments with Mario Paint instruments, and then bring that save into v3.

I’m not really willing to consider this finished, but I want to hear your feedback on what I should do to make it better. Is there a way to add a damper/sustain effect to the piano in V3 or do I just have to make the notes overlap?
