Discrepancy basically means something is "off". I also figured out a way to fix the pickup, you just move everything over until everything is nicely aligned.
By the way, when you have a pickup, there's a discrepancy between sections. It should be that the song just cuts off at the last beat of the measure, instead of at the end of the measure. But I still think Notessimo is great.
